Pretty much the same as you would hire anyone else. You call or e-mail and make an appointment.

the keyword you need is "escorts". Search for "escorts in <city>" and that should be a good start. Careful on those sites though, don't do anything silly

There are websites where they advertise and/or where people can leave reviews, rubmaps was one for Asian massage stuff, I don't know what the hot ones are these days

Look at your city/town as a hashtag on Twitter along with related words (like escort, as RadioactiveFrenulum mentioned). Depending on where you are, there probably is other lingo.
