The Daily was good about him today too.
He has so much charisma and lies so effortlessly that it's almost hard to see him disappearing from right wing politics after this. He's going to be on the short list for VP, a Cabinet member if a Republican wins, and a Fox News personality at worst.

23You have to pull your personal opinions out of it, for people who agree or align closely to him they don't get the "wait a minute that was nonsense" moment. They just hear confident rhetoric that provides a solution for whatever issue, explained in a way that makes sense. He seems smart and he has an answer for everything.
It reminds me of 2016 Trump where there's an answer that pleases everybody and the only shortcoming is that it won't work. How do you build a multi-billion dollar wall while being fiscally conservative? Someone else will pay for it! Don't think about whether or not that makes any sense.

I’m not sure the Daily was good. It was basically a “populist with contradicting lies about race and wokism and no experience with international politics making nonsensical promises and who uses salesman rethoric to convince the Maga party”.
Which is actually pretty accurate.
