I initially only installed "Comodo Firewall" but for some reason they also installed a "Comodo Dragon Browser", which I did not consent to. I always choose the "advanced" installation to uncheck bloatware, but in this case there was none and when you try to uninstall the browser, they force you to participate in their survey otherwise you won't be able to uninstall the software..
Why would you install a program like that? The name alone sounds like malware. Anyways windows has a default firewall that works good and does the job, and your router is a hardware firewall that blocks all unsolicited packets too your local network.
Revo Uninstaller. Free. Amazing. I have had stuff like this before and I just run the advanced uninstall. When this BS comes up I kill the software uninstaller process and let Revo take over. It scans the entire hard drive and registry for things "leftover" by the uninstaller. I have used it to eliminate so much corporate ransomware (cough, McAfee) and prevent shit software from shittier companies from self-reinstalling.
