How long do you usually edge, if at all? What's the longest you've ever edged?

I used to be into Eastern spirituality stuff like taoism. I was meditating alot, " circulating energy" through my body with my mind and stuff.

Then I found a book on becoming multiorgasmic. Tons of muscle exercises were in it, mostly kegals plus some pelvic floor exercises.

Between the two I was able to edge for weeks, drawing the feelings of pleasuring myself through my body till i "came" without shooting. It felt way different then ejaculating. Like the orgasm washes over your whole body instead of being more focused down there.

I kinda feel out of practice with it, I can't spend all day just jerking around like I used to. but sometimes during sex I can get off without coming still, or I'll be rock hard for one reason or a other and a little sneaky orgasm just suddenly rushes over me.

I think the book was just called "the multiorgasmic man" or something.

i've edged for maybe a couple of days but it always leads to me being pent up and unsatisfied when i finally get off. so i try not to edge for that long and i always get myself off before i'm done. granted, on the other hand, i can always cum more than once. wondering if anyone else is like me

my longest was all day. I started doing it in the morning at work and then had a very intense orgasm in the evening. When I do it otherwise, it usually takes around 2-3 hours.

I’ve gone out to a couple of hours. I really have to have nothing to do or upcoming in order to enjoy it. When I do, it’s some of the most powerful orgasms I have.

When I had nothing to do in my late teens early twenties, I could edge all day. I would work up an orgasm that just approaching would lead me to almost black out. Those were great times.

I'll edge for an hour or two each day over a few days. Not necessarily all day any of the days but plenty of edging.
