Are there any typewriters still in production for those after a classic style of typewriting?

Nakajima still make some electronic daisy wheel typewriters.

A couple of companies still make manual typewriters, but they are widely regarded as garbage.

That said a lot of old typewriters, especially manual ones, will work fine, and the ribbons are widely available.

I see some on Amazon. Maybe not the best place to buy one, but it seems to confirm they are in production still at least.

There are extremely cheap and extremely low quality ones in production. You would have a much better time with a vintage, serviced machine
