Just have to fall back on plan B: hope that your terrible public education provisions have left the people so stupid that they'll vote against their own interests.
It's legal to put a pair of tits in a campaign ad, right?
- Couple that with a constant barrage of disinformation that claims everything outside of those people's personal horizon is a barren wasteland at war with communist, socialist, trans invaders and they'll vote for anything.

Good luck. I'm thinking the GOP learned a lesson from Ohio, which is that they can draw as many unconstitutional districts as they want and the court can't do shit about it but complain. We're still using them.

That's a really nasty headline.
"Assure fair voting power" is hopefully more correct.
