  • Fascinating! But so much more charming at ground level! I was amazed to find Vondelpark in the middle of a capital!

    • Yea vondelpark is great. I was there during kingsday, and it's completely filled to the brink.

    • Vondelpark is lovely. So glad we stayed at the hostel on the North side of the park, and walked everywhere.

      • We lived in Amstelveen, 10km from Amsterdam, and still did not use the car during the 7 days we were there. Just used the public transportation system (extremely well integrated with google maps), and walked (a lot!)
