It is an obvious lie because everyone can see the video of the impact and the huge singular explosion without secondary explosions. Anyone who saw videos from Ukraine targeting Russian ammo depots knows the difference.
Meanwhile the German public media parrots the Israelis lies without looking into any of the easily available evidence to the contrary.
