    • If they have them, I wonder if they are newer or loosely enforced. It seems every time I drive by that area on I-70, it's always been stinking, and for as long as I can remember. At least you now sometimes get the waft of weed to help cover it up...I cannot imagine living with the Purina smell all the time. I always hope the traffic is going fast enough on I-70 that those of us in the car can be past it quickly.
