I've heard how the English translations changes and alters the dialogue in a way that their personalities actually changes quite a bit from what was suggested in Japanese. I want to know if you guys have such experiences with the localization, especially if you played the game with different language settings.
The server I play on doesn't have much logistics options (apart from intergrated dynamics and refined storage), so many people are relying on massive setups with Pipez. I've heard many people complain about the bad performance of Pipez, but I was unable to verify. Does anyone encounter TPS issues when using Pipez?

Valve, please do something. Fixing the anticheat wouldn't only fix tf2, it would save many other multiplayer games plagued by cheating, including other Valve games like CS and the upcoming Deadlock.

Understandable, its often times the "gray zone" in between the extremes where drama tends to happen, as it is hard to tell what is acceptable and what's not. Sometimes nintendo cracks down hard on these stuff and sometimes they don't (they didn't crack down on gmod for the entire existence of it) which many people like me find annoying, as one day what you're doing is okay and the next it's not.
sorry, my comment isn't phrased very well. What I'm trying to say is that they shouldn't be that harsh on their fans, and even if they technically have the copyright, they should still have some sort of fair use policy for their fans so they can easily make fan content without having to worry about trouble. However, I am aware that this subject is a very debatable subject and I'm no lawyer and I'm also slightly inclined towards fan content, so take my words with a grain of salt.
Only steam workshop is getting wiped, other sites like gamebanana, nexus will not be affected and fortunately, people are already reuploading to these sites and internet archive. Tbh i feel like nintendo is abusing copyright protect so much that it is actively hindering creativity, which was supposed to be the one thing copyright protects. There are many overlaps between the tf2 and gmod community (such as tf2 related gmod videos), and I think it is relevant enough for me to post it here, especially considering Team Fabolous 2 has parts that was filmed on a mario kart map and that map might get taken down. Remember to archive these stuff that might taken down, they aren't winning this. Fuck Nintendo. I regret buying ToTK from this dumpster fire of a company last year.

I agree, not EVERY SINGLE FREAKING RELATION between EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER is a ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP FOR GOD’S SAKE!!!!!!!! (Apparently many people do in fact view every relationship as romantic, which is the main target of my complaint) I guess I just see them so much (and being somebody generally uninterested in that kind of stuff, I naturally became annoyed.
No offense to anybody and somewhat unrelated but I often find shippers very strange and hard to understand, at least from my view. Broadly speaking, they make big fuss out of this, they make big fuss out of that, and they of course (allegedly) made a big fuss over Yona. Why do people always assume that every single fictional character is the least rational and mentally stable person ever (maybe because those people engaging in "ship wars" are insane themselves?) and they would go nuts over even the smallest and most insignificant changes in the relations between characters. I just don't get it. Same goes for those "shippers" themselves, especially if they actively wage "wars" on the internet over these subjects, which I think isn't worth my time. I think I'm lacking some perspectives here.
Some locos "escaped" (it was still powered on) from a station because the driver (totally not me) got ran over. I managed to find two of the same locos (not sure where the second came from) several km away from the station , and I managed to return them without incident (trust me totally nothing went wrong)
(don't mind me just some uninsulated IC2 wires) !
aaaand the trains ran away again (managed to break the track at the next station, which coincidentally was the station where I'm supposed to return these rainbow locos) !
Finally, after an hour of "very smooth progress", I finally accomplished the task of moving 2 locomotives from one place to another! With~~(out)~~ incident, of course !

Hello, I was experimenting with tekkit 1.2.5 but I have encountered a problem with Nuclear Control, so the wiki told me to download another version. However, the original link on the ic2 fourms is no longer working, so I'm asking if there are any alternative or backup downloads of that mod.
I've been wanting to get back into e2e for a while, and new options has appeared since the last time I've played e2e. I heard a lot of good things about enigmatica 2 expert extended such as better balance and more content, but I've also heard a lot of people complaining about it being "unfun" and too tedious and diverges too much from e2e. I've also heard about enigmatica 2 expert unofficial, which is allegedly closer to the "original" e2e but with updated mods, but it doesn't seem very active at the moment, and the original e2e just got a big update (a few months ago lol). I'm not sure which one to choose so I came here to look for opinions on the three packs.
