You have an iPhone XR, I think. It’s 6 inches tall. You’re like 9.5 phone heights with this perspective, so 6 * 9.5 is 57 inches. However, there’s some distance between your phone position and body, and I don’t want to do the trigonometry—I know it’s slightly more. 57 / 12 = 4.75 feet, so call it 4.8 feet or 146 cm.
