  • From this comment alone- my already unending hatred for the Ford family has grown 100 fold. Regarding teachers "indoctrinating children." This dough ball sides with the most widely accepted genocidal country in the planet- not with the victims. Definitely goes to show how he sees "poors" in his own province

  • It's too bad articles like this do not get a greater audience. I feel most of Ontario's tenants should start doing this practice. Southern Ontario towns have been impacted by "property management" buying up properties and increasing rents to Toronto levels.

  • Progressive meditation. 1 minute a day for a week 5 minutes a day for a week I personally used openmindapp.org- got to the point where I was doing the much longer choices as the weeks progressed.

    What's your favourite place to take a walk by yourself?
  • Any trails found while driving around- ATV trails, horse trails etc. Conservation parks and areas are a nice location to walk around.

    Personally, green spaces or the beach have the most uplifting effect.

    If you don't have access to these places consider finding a point of interest on maps and make that your goal

  • Spectacular news for those Impacted by this horrific disease. Here's to hoping this inspires other provinces to follow suit- even it delays the disease long enough for patients to properly sign the MAID paperwork before it's too late to make that decision for themselves
