Der schlechtere Wirkungsgrad entsteht bei H2-Antrieben nicht weil die unterforscht sind sondern ist eine physikalisch nicht zu vermeidende Eigenschaft der Syntheseprozesse. Grüner Wasserstoff wird durch Elektrolyse hergestellt, die Brennstoffzelle wandelt ihn dann wieder zurück in Strom um. Bei jeder Umwandlung geht immer Energie in Form von Hitze verloren, auch hier. Elektroautos sind so effizient, weil sie eben solche Umwandlungsprozesse nicht brauchen (bis auf den zum Schluss, von Strom in kinetische Energie, der ja aber im H2-Auto genauso stattfindet). Das hat also nichts mit veraltet oder so zu tun, das ist einfach so und wird so auch bleiben. Deswegen halten viele das H2-Auto für Unfug... Der wenige grüne Wasserstoff den wir haben sollte für Prozesse eingesetzt werden, bei denen wir um Wasserstoff nicht umhin können und nicht um Autos zu bewegen, die wir genauso weit mit weniger Energieaufwand bewegen können, wenn da einfach ne Batterie drin wäre.
Bin vor einiger Zeit über das Delirium-Album gestolpert und fand es ganz nice. Aber bei dem Lied konnte ich echt über die ersten paar Zeilen nicht hinaus, echt nicht meins. Tötungsfantasien in Bezug auf Kinder? Sein Ernst?
Sorry, aber das ist keine Falle oder so. Zu spät kommen und zu früh gehen ist halt Betrug. Der Deal ist, dass du Zeit x arbeitest und dafür y Geld bekommst. Wenn du weniger arbeitest, ohne dass es bei euch ein Gleitzeitmodell oder so gibt, betrügst du halt und dein AG kann da zu Recht gegen vorgehen.

Ich halte es für unfair, dass deine KollegInnen anscheinend auch zu früh gehen - im dümmsten Fall bleibt halt Arbeit für andere liegen, das ist ja schon nicht fair gegenüber denen, die das dann aufholen dürfen. Wenn "alles erledigt" ist, muss halt nach anderen Aufgaben gefragt werden.

Easy: rechtzeitig auf Arbeit sein und nicht zu früh gehen wenn es nicht klar erlaubt wurde. Du hast ja selber gemerkt, dass alles andere dich extrem angreifbar macht. Solche offenen Flanken am besten gar nicht erst bieten. Und warum hat der AG einen bei sowas so in der Hand? Weil er damit ziemlich offensichtlich im Recht ist!

Sorry to be that guy, but this sounds like a cybersecurity nightmare. While everybody was busy to come up with schemes that make absolutely sure that only trusted sources can update a system to avoid having malicious players push their code to users, this one just takes any rando's pile of whatever and injects it straight into the system's core? Like, that doesn't sound like a good idea.
How is Spotify supposed to "handle" anything here if the rights owner tells them that this is how it works? Like, not only didn't the first rights owner give them any means to stay updated with the rights, the new rights owner didn't notify them either that any rights were transferred to them before taking them to court. The only way to properly handle this would have been to tell them to get fucked, but that's not really an alternative if we're talking about the streaming rights for Eminem. This all seems like a setup to sue them... But who am I to tell? I'm just a jerk who read an article online. You know who should decide whether or not this was a scheme to drag Spotify to court? - the judge doesn't just seem to be okay with it, but this is mentioned as another thing that added to the impression that the rights holder made it deliberately hard for Spotify to properly determine if it had the rights to stream a song.
