There certainly is a lack of talk. The bulk of Trump supporters only get 'news' from a curated rightwing media source. They do not know about the situation in Gaza or the U.S. support for it. They do not know that Trump is threatening Canada's sovereignty. They are not all inherently evil for supporting the right wing, they are ignorant of reality. Communication and education is key. And we can't beat the billionaires unless we find a way to allow truthful communication to actually happen.

So if Hamas unconditionally surrendered and all the hostages were returned, you think Isreal would continue to attack and starve Gaza? They simply couldn't - that would actually lose support from the U.S. if that happened.

BS. Netanyahu may have encouraged Hamas at some point , but they only continue because they want to hurt Israel and they don't care about the starving children in Gaza any more than Israel does. Look on these message boards; many people refuse to put any blame on Hamas. Just me suggesting Hamas should surrender evokes responses only about how Isreal is responsible. It seems that the supporters of Gaza don't want Hamas to surrender - they say they don't like children starving, but seemingly not so much that they'd like Hamas to surrender. It's really strange when you think about it.

Yes that would stop it too. But there's not much likelihood of that. Whereas Hamas is clearly not having any success, and prolonging this war is only causing such terrible misery. And yes that's because the Israelis don't care about the misery of the people of Gaza, they only care about defeating Hamas. There's a lot of evil. But if Hanas fully surrendered, this would stop immediately. And they have nothing to gain by keeping us going.

Nothing to do with 'justice'. Israel's actions here are abhorrent and they are responsible for what they've done as are the Americans for supporting them. But what they are doing it for is to get rid of Hamas because Hamas continues to attack them. If Hamas fully surrendered, this would stop.

Yes they are funded by the same billionaires and will never go against that class. But they are not the same. The latest Republican Party is now so corrupt, anti constitutionalist and working against the people. They are not the same.

Canada had a defence industry with 1st class fighter jets being developed. The U.S. insisted on it being shut down as they didn't want an independent well armed neighbour. Canada is heavily integrated into norad - it doesn't spend the same proportionally as the U.S. on military but that's because it doesn't partake in the global military power projection like the U.S. so much. if you look at what the U.S. spends on actual defense of homeland, Canada's proportional spending is close.

Nothing wrong with the concept of communism. In practice it always leads to authoritarianism, fascism and the loss of personal freedoms. But look at the U.S. as it suffers late stage capitalism with a populist dictatorship growing - it's exactly the same.

And yet you are not self reflecting on your attempt to spread misinformation about vaccines. You were blatantly wrong and confidently spreading those lies. Is this because you are angry about something else? Do you agree that misinformation and lies are bad? You say you are intelligent, so let's have it: why were you spreading wrong information? Don't deflect, just try to address this issue. It's actually important. If you really are good at self-reflection and are being honest, maybe we can use this interaction to help work out why misinformation is being pushed so much and how we might stop it.

In this case if 'Trump' starts talking in coherent sentences, we'll know he's been replaced.

They are literally doing nothing. Staying the ruling until it hits the SC where they will rubber stamp anything Trump wants.

Right wing politicians are in power, and they won't pay any attention to protests like this. They don't need the fair votes anymore so popular opinion is irrelevant to them. Strikes need to be actually blocking commerce and for months if needed. Shut down the country or it's meaningless.

If you're no expert, why spew likely wrong information so confidently? While admitting you don't know what you're talking about, you still aren't clearly admitting you were wrong. You are just pivoting and deflecting. Be honest and open to self reflection and you might become a better person.

If it's yellowish, then it's yellowish, not white - if we're talking what can be spectrographically measured. If we're talking about perception then it gets rather interesting with the way our eyes/brain compensate for light sources - see white balance on cameras, or that green/gold/blue/white dress controversy.
