I agree that the deal is a sham, but I think the goal was to present a deal so obviously unacceptable to Ukraine that they would be bound to refuse and Trump can then point to it and say Ukraine is uncooperative therefore he can refuse to support them any further.
Look at countries that have successfully enacted change when they are angry with their government: Serbia currently, France whenever pensions are threatened, the Maidan Revolution, the Arab Spring (for what that was worth). What do they all have in common? Hint: it isn't posting from the comfort of your couch.
Exactly. I'd add that they have successfully made the law in general meaningless, so that even if it were in fact a 1A violation, nobody would or could do anything about it.

The problem is the gigantic gender gap, far bigger than any other cohort (something like a 30 or 40 point spread between gen z men and women's voting). Many young men have a terminal case of Elon Musk and/or Andrew Tate brain.

I don't think there's much of a point unless person A actually wants to make a change in their habits. It's like trying to convince someone to switch to Linux.
OK, sure, but he has good policies on housing and climate change, for example. Let's not fall into the trap of US voters who didn't vote for Harris because she didn't align with 100% of their preferences.
I like both.Gould and Carney. I think you're being unfair to the latter; look at his policies in more detail and I don't think he's to the right of Trudeau. Right of Gould, sure, but still nowhere near a conservative, especially the current iteration of that party.
Trudeau is probably to your left. I think you'd fit in with Progressive Conservatives who would have supported Joe Clark back in the day, and are now eager to vote for Mark Carney.
