I just checked it out. You can’t configure the torrentio add on in safari unfortunately. You can install it on the web stremio, but you’re unable to configure it to work with real-debrid in the addon settings with the safari browser.
This is relevant for searching for pirated streams as you would with Kodi addons. If you’re running your own file share for locally downloaded torrents that’s not what this is about.

Truth is they just like it and leaving it for the same altruistic reasons they’ve left other platforms isn’t as convenient because they’re addicted.
Sure they’ll have a million excuses for why they “can’t” delete their account there, but we all know it’s because reels go brrrrr. That’s the sad honest truth.
