    It feels like if someone (self) inserts gender where he says sex here, they are looking for reasons to be upset.

  • This is literally how pride is, isn't it? Someone admits they prefer to have sex with men instead of women and then people pretend to be excited for them not having to hide it anymore, even though normal people don't openly discuss their sexual preferences nor make it a part of their identity.

    Alright... I admit I'm a bit jealous. When will people be proud of me wanting to have sex with cartoons??? I'm tired of hiding it! My coworkers should know!

  • The matching is meaningless nowadays. At most, some companies will match 1/2% for each 1% up to them giving you like 3%.

    There is something to be said about not leaving money on the table, but it's not too different from reaching out to TDAmeritrade and setting up an IRA.

  • Thankfully it seems both cashiers and baggers are better trained than they used to be at least at the larger chains. I don't have either of these issues at supermarkets.

    That doesn't mean they won't be lazy or lack hustle though.
