This is kind of the actual problem though. It's hard to actually have effective charities. Even some of the most ethical, and well run charities, end up with surplus funds (Dolly Parton's charity for example). The government is setup to spend that much money helping people though. But paying taxes is somehow bad and wrong. I don't know if I had a real point other than maybe we should actually tax these rich folks so they can achieve their dream of giving away at least half their wealth.

That may be the case, but African Buffalo are like one of the most dangerous animals to humans on the planet. They have long had the nickname of "Black Death" and "Widowmaker" by the locals because they are so aggressive. The bachelor buffalo (older males that don't travel with a herd anymore) are known to be the most dangerous. From the description that's what it sounds like they were tracking. So one of those dudes killing the shit out of someone isn't exactly uncommon even historically.

This has nothing to do with you being white and everything to do with some other personal issue. It sounds like self esteem/self confidence, but I'm no brain scientist. Thinking this has something to do with the color of your skin will surely lead down a dark path though. Maybe go see a speech therapist or the like.
