Are there any concerns/risks to using Watchtower?
Bee using it for a while no issues, only tim3 I had to manually revert the update was when plex broke transcoding..
You can add a flag to delete old images as well.. otherwise they pile up and takes lot of space

How are you managing backups of your containers? What about Backups of Containers to https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker
My container are on lxc aswell as on Ubuntu VMs, so I just back up the entire vm or lxc container, when restoring it. Everything is just there as it was
