  • hi is there any local cloudflare alternative becourse from my reading it seems that that using it for jellyfin is against cloudflares TOS and i would like to get jellyfin to my domain but i dont wanna pay for it, so a loxal alternative would probably be my best bet, i also would prefer not to open any ports

TIL about state dependence, and it makes so much sense
  • My experience after I chose to go like 4 months without meds is that after I have been on the meds for a few years I learned within a few months to actually be fully functional without meds, though i still function better on meds, but i can actually learn and get stuff done without meds

Do neurotypicals really not have to do this? I'm seriously asking.
  • Yea, i do that too, except i actively work on all of them, most of my projects are it/server projects for for my self, but i do work on like 10 projects at a time, though because i dont have money for an expensive server, i use an old computer that currently cant do any of the things i need from it, so im just slowly upgrading it

Im running true nas on a thinkcentre m77

Im running true nas with i think 12 gigabytes of ram, i will upgrade soon, an i just upgraded the cpu to an amd fx 6350 but it seems when i try to run any apps i can maximum run 1-2 apps and thats without nfs or anything else, and i have more free ram, and the cpu doesn’t seem to be overloaded at all

So what can i do to get it running better, I currently run it on a hdd but i dont think that would make it just not work

So i got an ikea on/off switch, i i have it connected via zigbee2mqtt, it says there is newer firmware, but when i try to update to it, it doesn't do anything, i tried pressing the buttons on it while updating, because the zigbee2mqtt documentation for the switch said that but it still doesn't update

To the people that still have the reddit app installed

If you have it installed on iPhone, thats fair, i have it, to promote lemmy, but please just turn "allow tracking" of in settings, so they cant make money from the data thet collect, also background refresh, because I'm pretty sure that also allows them to get a bit of data from you
