Millions of Borderlands 3 players are now collectively listed as contributors to a peer reviewed scientific paper, after participating in a minigame that helped provide researchers with real-world DNA data on gut bacteria.
Yeah. Same here. The first one was brutal even when you understood the mechanisms but I still enjoyed it.

Helldivers 2’s new Cutting Edge premium Warbond is live now, adding new weapons, gear, and armor to the smash hit PC and PS5 co-op shooter.
Same here. It seems like they have been making good progress and have sorted out whatever was causing their delay. Now I just hope we get a release window or date in the next few months.

A citizen of culture I see. :)
System expected in the second half of the year
It’s not clear when a mod will be released yet.
I'm going to have to put it off until March though.. :(
I still have to finish Granblue, Persona 3, Helldivers 2 and FFVII Rebirth..
But stresses that gameplay differs greatly
I have it pre-ordered and my son and I are planning to run through it on Friday. I will let you know if it is as good as I hope.
I'm loving GF Relink. It's main story is short from what I've heard but the only complaint I have is that it feels like I need to go back and watch the anime to get a better connection with the crew. Still a fun and light story without the deeper connection to their beginnings. The combat is the main draw though and the post game content is where it is at. I hope they drop more complex enemies in the future. Some are easy but I have lost to quite a few and it's nice to feel like its my fault and not a mechanic of the game.
Everyone should get Helldivers 2. The first Helldivers was a personal favorite. I loved the gameplay, the environment and the obvious nod to Starship Troopers. I've read nothing but positive reviews on the new combat in 2 and I'm dropping everything this weekend to play it.
I'm fully invested in Granblue Fantasy Relink this week. I might get into Persona 3 Reloaded this week but that is a massive investment. Got to complete everything before Helldivers 2 drops next week. My son and I are excited to drop in a give it to them bugs.
I heard the story is good but for full price I'm going to wait until it gets a price drop. I'm not really interested in the grinding aspect of the game outside of the main story. I imagine the game will drop in price pretty quickly and to experience 10 hours of gameplay I'll maybe give 20. Maybe.
I read a rumor that they will be dropping a trailer for FFVII Rebirth and announcing the demo to be available today at the end. That could be exciting for those still kind of on the fence. I am hoping for some updates on a few indie titles that I haven't heard from in a while but I think this will mostly be focused on Death Stranding 2, Stellar Blade and Rise of the Ronin.
Its... fine.
The story so far is a bit tooooooo safe and friendly for me. It's not bad and I can see a community that would love the friendly atmosphere but its just not catching me. The music is amazing, I like the art style and the characters have charm. The combat is a bit to repetitive and easy for me. I'm going to finish the game because I LOVE persona but I can't say I would recommend it unless I knew your taste better. There is definitely a crowd for this but sadly, it doesn't look like its me.
What title are you going to grab off the shelf? I was going to grab the Jedi Survivor instead of P5T but with Persona 3 Reloaded around the corner, I wanted to get in the mood. At least that was my reason for pushing P5T to the front of the line.
Which 2023 game was the most downloaded last year?
Tekken 8 is an incredible evolution for the series, with tons of single player content, an excellent suite of training tools, a great online experience, and exciting new mechanics that make Tekken more dynamic than ever.
Excellent choice. I enjoyed Part II and I will eventually try the No Return and lost levels portion of the remaster but that is low on my priorities.
I'm running through Persona 5 Tactica before Granblue Fantasy: Relink and Persona 3 Reloaded drop. My backlog keeps expanding.
I am interested in the story they have created considering their Batman creation was amazing. That gameplay looks so dull though. I'm going to wait for reviews and most likely a price cut but I will own this game eventually. I have to honor Kevin Conroy if nothing else.
The only time I play online is to socialize with my sister or some old friends. I mainly turn my Playstation on to experience new stories and Playstation just has the games that I enjoy. Every now and then I play something on the Switch but that is rare these days.
I just finished it today. I am officially excited for the release. I hope the full game delivers because the demo was wonderful.
Its a shame I bought the complete addition with all the DLC of Tiny Tina a month ago. :( I will be finally trying Shadow tactics now and I am sure my son will love the LEGO City Undercover.
Noooooo! I was planning to add HellDivers II into the rotation to hold me over until FF VII on the 29th. Well.. thats not good news. :(
Excellent month. I held off on Plague tale because my backlog was to heavy at the time it dropped and the same goes for Evil West. I own Nobody Saves the World and if you haven't played it, its a treat.
Which makes a lot of sense. If you are someone that waits until a game is on PS Plus to play it, I don't imagine you planned on ever buying the game to keep. There may be a small portion of gamers that enjoyed the game after playing it and purchase a copy to keep but that obviously is not a massive group.
