TNG is a good entry point, but the first two seasons can be rough. Feel free to skip them if they're on the verge of turning you off the series entirely.

Now I have Lemmy for that, although it would probably be healthier to just cut out social media altogether (or severely reduce it).

This is why I'm glad I made redundant accounts on multiple instances. When there are problems on lemmy.world, I can just hop on over to another. That's never been an option with Reddit.
