I've never seen a company squander as much goodwill as Blizzard.
  • Hopefully their transition to unreal engine 5 gets away with a lot of their launch issues I genuinely love all of their games but their release dates being "game launch +1-2 years" hurts me.

Zombie survival game 7 Days To Die version 1.0 is out now after 11 years in early access
  • Simultaneously one of the jankiest, yet most fun games I've ever played and I've been playing it since pre-alpha. Idk how they did it but got it is so good/bad

    British cuisine is like...
  • A thick beef stew with boiled potatoes and buttered bread was a common meal in my 90s Midwestern USA childhood. It is delicious

    Virginia is shrinking!
  • I won't go into detail but the state, people, and family are, let's just say, sub par compared to Wisconsin.

WWII veteran walks across graduation stage 81 years after getting drafted
  • Sorry my other comment was mostly unrelated so I deleted it. In this specific case, him being a WW2 Veteran actually matters the most. The only reason he walked across that stage is because he mentioned over coffee that he never got his special day to graduate officially because he was drafted before graduation. So they honored him by having him walk as a graduate to receive his diploma.

  • I can put it this way, I'm sure that pesky little war put a wrench in his plans to go to college in the first place. If that still doesn't convince you, then that's fine. I just have an undying respect for anyone that fought in those wars, so I'm glad it's mentioned that they are a vet whenever possible.
