There, there. Everything is going to be the same but you'll feel a bit less anxious about it. It will help you focus and chose to act where you actually can make a difference.

Joking aside, this advice comes from epictetus Manual (also known as 'enichridon' or 'handbook'). It's very short, effective and (contrary to a lot of latter philosophers) very easy to read and understand. It helped me a lot fight my anxiety, you should be able to find it for free on the internets. Worth reading, in my opinion.

Il y a littéralement une attaque "poivre-dans-la-face" à un moment du film.

Escape from the 21st Century Ça commence avec un rythme un peu fou façon film japonais (j'ai repensé à Survive Style 5+, avec une touche de Everything everywhere all at once), ça tente des choses intéressantes visuellement, c'est drôle et ça reste engageant du début à la fin. Le pitch: trois ados obtiennent le pouvoir de transférer leurs consciences 20ans dans le futur en éternuant. Problème: le futur est catastrophique, le leur ne fait pas exception. J'ai passé un très bon moment!

Please, tell me at least that it's not intended to be put in the mouth...
