  • Good point about tracking being a newer car problem.

    Sadly where I live busses are not accessible to me since:

    • They are infrequent.
    • They do not have a 'live map' so make me extremely anxious since I don't know where I am nor where to stop the bus.

    The problem with electric cars is two fold as far as I understand it:

    • The electricity it uses is not sustainable.
    • It has lots of tracking etc and in some cases remote control.
  • Your biggest worry with something that’s connected to the internet are security updates and in general nobody will support a product indefinitely

    Don't know about indefinitely but Turris do so far, and that doesn't look like it's going to change any time soon.

    Edit: Heck, they even offered hardware upgrades for previous releases, whilst still supporting all products with software updates.

  • I completely agree. We should build more trainlines under or over oceans, like the channel tunnel but longer.
