Do neurotypicals really not have to do this? I'm seriously asking.
  • Yep, and not just that either. It's like that all the time. Ha it's are just things you do without thinking, like reaching for your phone or wanting a smoke/drink/snack.

Now, choosing to set aside a time of day and a routine for something, like exercise, can help ease the barrier to starting that thing. This is sometimes described as a habit, though it is not, psychologically speaking, a habit.

People with bad sense of direction, can you enjoy open world games?
  • This would be the worst tool for someone with poor sense of direction. The best would be a map fixed north to the top, so you don't have to keep track of your direction at all. Spinning maps make even us peeps with a decent sense of direction a bad time

  • James Wong, a science writer, shared a Tweet which read: “According to the WHO aspartame is as carcinogenic as aloe vera and pickled veg. And less carcinogenic than eating red meat, drinking hot drinks, or being a hairdresser.”

“It’s rather like reporting an earthquake measuring 2 on the Richter scale hit a major city, without explaining that earthquakes of 2.5 or less are rarely felt, but can be measured on a seismograph,” he added.
