and often 800 miles in a day (takes about 13-14 hours driving)
Oh wow. After my last trip that was supposed to take like 9 hours and ended up more like 12, I decided to never do that to myself ever again. But I guess if you have multiple drivers that can share the burden, such along day on the road is still an option.
Overly dramatic I'd say. I would have liked less movement of the drone to be able to better judge the movement of the rocket.
I absolutely loved that game.
I'd rather force safety requirements on all cars. Like limiting blind spots at the front and everywhere else, limiting speeds of vehicles above certain weights, increasing license requirements for vehicles that have higher safety impact etc.
Hydrogen has its place, and we need plenty of it in places where we don't have viable alternatives. Road transport is pretty far down that list though.
And don't forget that the plants are really expensive. Having them produce very little or even no power for half the time doesn't help that at all.
Thermal storage needs to be quite large though, at least with the stone/brick like mass they used back then. And you need to isolate it, otherwise you have no control over the release of that stored heat. I wonder if new materials, maybe something that undergoes phase change in that temperature range, could be a lot more space efficient.
I don't know how remote your mountains are, here there would likely be a charge point less than 50km away but I don't know where you drive. I give you that.
Your second point though, you might want to reconsider your driving habits. Random google result for breaks when driving: "If driving long distances, you should stop for at least 15 minutes every two hours. Stop often to rest for at least 45 minutes every 4.5 hours of driving to avoid getting tired and stay alert. Plan to stop for a break every 100 miles on your long road trip so that you can relax. Try to only drive for 9 hours a day."
How so, I'm curious? Do you drive into no mans land hundreds of miles away from civilization or are you a robot that never needs to take a break?
At least it doesn't look like chocolate stuff, always great to get those turning white because they baked in mid summer heat.

But this just looks like a standard work truck. Maybe the back is full of tools? Maybe he’s going camping. Camping is dope.
Sure. Two issues though.
- Small trucks like they used to build a while ago would be better at pretty much all of those use cases than the monsters that get build today
- big trucks have become the default for people that never do any of those things
So as a result, there are way more way bigger vehicles on the road endangering all road users and wasting resources for no benefit besides lining the pockets of the manufacturers.
Sounds way more to my liking. I'm not totally averse to area of effect spells or reloading if stuff went pear shaped, I just don't like it being the default to blow up half a firework factory every fight or using reloads as a tactic constantly. Definitely hoping it will arrive on Xbox soon.
How is the combat? I bounced off of Divinity 1+2 hard because combat seemed to be too aoe focused and save scumming required, because just going in as you'd usually do would result in one or two members of my party being killed before I could even get my first turn in.
This looks impressive, but he was talking about level 50+. I don't have anywhere close to stuff like this at 50, hell I probably won't have half of it by the time I'll get bored of the barb and switch to another class.
Bow rogue, always has been since D1 (except for D3, didn't really like the demon hunter).
Whirlwind barb is fun as well, but I don't really like that shouts seem to be essential and the "great with shouts, crap during cooldown" cycle.
once you get fury sorted
My barb is 55 and I'm still waiting for that to happen.
You’re not fury-starved anymore
How? That is still the main issue I have, the barb is fun while shouts are running but in between he is squishy and kinda toothless.
My PC is above minimum specs and BG3 ran really poorly even on low. Maybe they got a similar issue with the s.
