Sound Off: How many 10+ year redditors have left the site?
  • 11+ years, letting it go. This is my home now. Man I just wanted to lol at memes and look at tits and now I have ads every 3 posts. 1 of those three always seems to be a repost too, it got out of hand

Those of you who shower barehanded: Do you lather and then use your hand, or just shove the soap wherever it needs to go?
  • Your telling me you use one washcloth per shower? If you don’t how are you letting that dry?

It’s the same argument as the people who have the washer dryer combos. They smell like mold homie. You don’t smell it. I do.

Whats stopping us from creating a "Leave reddit, Join Lemmy" text on r/place?
  • I believe the point of r/place is to drive traffic after several of us left. Makes it look better to investors. Giving a blank slate to the public to express their hate is going to get attention from anyone who feels slighted. Making it almost like we never left in the first place if we go back to post even a pixel.

Place is going exactly as expected
  • I don’t understand why r/place is back, 2017 and 22 were very popular. I can only imagine they trying to drive traffic after the exodus. Anybody have insight?

    Reddit kills awards and coins
  • Listen, gold was cute while it first happened, and the evolution of silver was hilarious, i believe a crappy Jpeg with a Microsoft paint style silver coin, hilarious. In my opinion it should have never moved pass this point. It was clutter, a quick visit to mlmym gave me a kick of nostalgia as its like Reddit used to be when i started 11 years ago.
