For Palestine to win, they would first of all need to take care of their domestic terrorism problem called Hamas which has effectively taken the power out of Palestine's hands. That's unfortunately pretty unlikely, since the government of Palestine has near nothing of that power left, certainly not enough to fight the terrorists.

That is simply not true. Society can be maintained so long as the average individual contributes at least as much as they get. That's the whole point of European healthcare systems: everyone pays a little bit so the few individuals who need them can get expensive treatments.
