Oh for sure. I mean, I work in education, but even if I didn't, I'm pretty sure I'd only get them from now on. Just don't have a use for high powered laptops.
I don't see Chromebooks mentioned anywhere in here. I'd be curious how they'd compare. I know a have no intention on ever buying anything but a Chromebook again. I don't need an expensive computer.

Welp, it looks like 12 years on Reddit. Certainly happy to be here. On both now for the time being. We'll see how things progress with Reddit. Certainly planning on sticking around here.
Same here! Just joined today, and am already loving the familiar Reddit experience, without the Reddit.
Just found out about Lemmy for the first time, joined, and am loving the layout/website/app so far. Probably going to switch over to just this over time.
