Probably not the best practice...I'd look through the release notes between the versions you've upgraded through to be sure you didn't miss any necessary changes to the docker compose or env files and upgrade as the documentation recommends.

Looks like v2.0.0 was just released as well.

  • One's willingness to say, "I don't know" and a general ability to think critically.

Just today, a friend was yammering on about a situation he clearly had limited information on (Canada Post strike). We've aptly described him as confidentially incorrect. Don't be this person.

  • The $10/day daycare has been quite an improvement, however, there is definitely a lag in supply to meet the demand.

I do think a right to access to daycare with clear standards of education and care should exist. It really makes economic sense, both with more jobs in that industry, while also allowing parents to return to their jobs faster. They also wouldn't need to choose between returning to work to barely offset the cost of daycare or just staying at home.

This Pennsylvania settlement could set the standard for preventing tiny plastic pellet pollution

  • Read more than the headline, and social media posts arent news.

Yes, Charlie Kirk's assassination sparked a conversation about the importance of free speech and disavowing political violence in parliament. The standing ovation was not for Charlie, but for the outcome of that speech.

Still, not very tactful and the speech could've definitely been written better to be clear that the call is for defence of free speech and denouncing political violence, rather than support of Kirk.

  • I feel like this is what the NDP needs to do to start becoming more popular. Go against the government status quo and make meaningful change that benefits working people.

I don't follow US politics too closely, but I feel like this is what makes Mamdani an attractive leader.
