Feeling concerned about certain things and ideas I'm working on to try to bring on a re-connection to the outdoors and wilderness.
  • I have read your response, and now I have a better understanding of what you meant in your first post. The concerns that you shared with us are all valid. My response is still the same... I fear that we lack the spiritual and mental capacity to deal with it.

AI, like any other piece of technology is only a tool. It is greed through corruption that tries to convince us to fight some imaginary evil, and our predictable response eventually makes it a real one. A self fulfilling prophecy. Tools don't create discrimination, division and conflict. Lack of spiritual and mental capacity does.

This old, rigid social economic system that supports only the rule of brute power comes from this self fueling circle, and in the end always leaves us to fend for ourselves. Our inability to cope with the pain that comes from our ignorance has bent enough will to create this horrific state of tension where those who have the chance to save themselves by sacrificing others will do so using any means necessary, using the hopeless to do their bidding, staying undetected, while we sacrifice the scapegoat in anger, create more hopelessness to fuel the repetition, and getting congratulations for being good dogs. To them it is "either them or us", which thanks to our ineptitude holds true. Some are blissfully unaware of any danger, but many are either crestfallen, overdosing on cynicism or standing paralyzed in a pool of doom. If you think your story can inspire someone to recognize our shortcomings and act responsibly, then go ahead.

  • It is a common effect of being more aware giving us the feeling that the situation has become worse. Medieval times aren't all that romantic and mysterious as one could think. Information was scarce, societies were more disconnected and it was much easier for sadistic psychopaths to act on their impulse without facing immediate justice.

We are not up against technological achievements of very talented and intelligent people. AI is a powerful tool, and can very well be used to perpetuate discrimination, division and conflict. However you wouldn't blame the knife for the murder. The solution is not the destruction of technology. The path of salvation lies in the spiritual and mental growth beyond the prison that is constantly being built around us, whether we have technology or not.

You could say that is cruel that we are forced to move towards enlightenment in order to not end in absolute misery of this unforgiving world. Luckily there are as many ways to reach it as there are colors. Green is a nice color. Don't be afraid to grow, but always remember your heart.

Research perhaps with real information about aliens abducting and exploiting people. Picture in post perhaps also prove these aliens are real. More info with a text document and other files in links.
  • That may be true if 4chan doesn't count as online platform, where an average user's body has fully adapted to not even needing blood.

Ideas with storing electrons and or light in a container
  • The problem is always the practicality. More than ever in our recorded history is the theoretical knowledge of physics available through deduction of available information. The road you are standing on has been traversed many times. The struggle begins with application. Don't be discouraged by discomfort and eventual failure that comes with it. Embrace it and you will succeed in your quest for answers. In other words: Do not stop thinking, but do get busy making.

Storing light in a container - ... what?

Snarkily says the American Dream is dead. Never considers what they did to help kill it.
  • License is a market turfing tool. Insurance is modern racket. Pension is scam. War is business. The social-economic system never grew beyond archaic fight for power and slavery that holds it, not because we want it, but because we never had a choice. The written collection of rules that you hold so dearly are nothing but a stabilization mechanism to keep the sacrifice justified in the eyes of the masses. A gamble is better than certain doom we convince ourselves. This is normal we say. So we wait for our turn to hang.

    Nyquest NY8A051H - 1.5 cent microcontroller : weekend die-shot : ZeptoBars
  • AVR is good. Though, I have the XGecu and Microchip IDE (The windows 98 looking one). It does a good job with PIC MCs. Surprised there isn't a command compiler for Microchip ASM like CC. Someone would surely have made a linter and autocomplete for NVim as well. Anyway..

Older chips are made obsolete because of higher power consumption paired with worse performance. I am surprised it is viable to make them at all, let alone at 1,5 cents per. Obviously a lot of manufacturers clinging to old familiar roads.

Not long ago having own PCB design meant bank breaking, organ selling investment.

I really appreciate that I have proof that I am not able to make anything useful to humanity, and money is not the cause. To mineself I can be true now... 😞

Dr Disrespect Admits To 'Inappropriate' Messages With Minor: 'I'm No Fucking Predator Or Pedophile'
  • You can only do this to sites that skipped or didn't take seriously enough step 2. Depending on how good the sites filtering requests is, this can range from 100$ linux server running python scripts for account creation. 100 accounts = 100 upvotes. All the way to very sophisticated proxy networking, capcha cracking, in some cases even AI driven internet monopoly demon that isn't too cheap, so it better be making everyone else miserable enough to make you not think about doing a ninja flip from a 4 story building into a wood chipping machine for a couple of minutes.

Dr Disrespect Admits To 'Inappropriate' Messages With Minor: 'I'm No Fucking Predator Or Pedophile'
  • Sure. What's another landfill on the internet.

Step 1: Make your own "social" website.

Step 2: Prevent bots from signing in. (You really don't want to miss this step, otherwise you're free real estate.)

Step 3: Write your own bots that will scrape other "social" websites for content. This is to attract people before original content begins to form.

Step 4: Sell post priority and upvotes. And there you have it. Your own money generating cesspool of gradual deterioration.

That's it. And yes.. Easier said than done. Step 2 is really the hardest one. Perhaps make it obligatory to sign in with a phone number or something, cause capchas are a whole battlefield in itself. I don't really know how hard / easy it is to get a bunch of phone numbers to use for this purpose...
