I meant games that don't randomize or change on repeat runs. Games that always offer a somewhat similar, scripted experience.
Overall, static games with carefully crafted experiences are better than any roguelike.
I've heard about this one a few times now. What are the difference between this and Vampire Survivors? What does one do better than the other?

It's a reference to Moby Dick. It's something you really want, but seems unattainable.

I do have some ideas for stories, but I don't consider myself good enough to enter. If you need some story ideas, feel free to pick one from the pile:
Faceless - Excelsior is a shapeshifter that has lived for over a million years. Now, his existence is coming to an end. On his deathbed, he has one last wish. To return to his original body one last time. If only he could remember what it looked like. Will the Doctor be able to help him?
Bedtime - Lars has a weird problem. The closet in his bedroom stores more than just clothes. If he enters the closet, he is sent one day into the future. He has used the door his entire life, but is it actually safe? The Doctor is about to find out!
The Loss of Gravity - The Doctor and his companion(s) land in a small ghost town called "Gravity". Its little more than a stack of ruins, but one thing sets it apart: It is constantly in a falling motion around a small black hole. When the tardis gets stuck outside the town, the Doctor and companion(s) will have to find a way to finally slam the breaks on the perpetually moving ruins.
I'd love to hear some of your ideas as well!
