Oh. So is this specifically in reference to Piefed instances and hexbear?

I use piefed.ca too. So I'm curious what this meme is referring to.

I had my 2 years this year too. I just love the concept of the fediverse and I've started to dabble a bit with piefed recently and it always surprises me how interoperable it is with Lemmy.

So I guess that's my favorite thing about Lemmy ... Is that it's part of the fediverse.

Also the interactions do feel a lot nicer than say Reddit.

Sometimes I think AI is going to just sink us all with all the resources it requires.

Although to be fair, we were doing a good job of killing the planet before AI was on the rise.

Seems like a really good addition for the Lakers. It was exactly what they needed.

Tbh they were fine in the regular season and they had one of the best defense even without a big.

Adding Ayton and re-signing Hayes are pretty good moves. Will be curious to see how this translates for them.

I think this makes most sense to me, given what the other commenter said. In case people are interested in that brand and want to join those communities that aren't just Reddit mirrors.

That said, I've never even heard of this instance so I'm okay either way.

Ugh, this is such terrible news. What an awful turnaround for him and the fans. Going from the biggest game of his life to not playing basketball for another 18 months or so.
