  • Not a lot, I imagine! Still a pretty low hurdle to clear. All you really need is ammunition and a place to shoot it. It sure helps to have a spotter/RSO/somebody who knows what they're doing, but you can muddle through all right given enough trigger time.

  • I see them fairly often in Houston, but I've yet to see more than one at a time. Maybe all the dipshits around here went in on one together, and it's some kinda time-share situation.

  • Kinda surprised that I haven't seen any Conclave memes, what with the pope dying, and it being a recent, very relevant, movie. Watched it the other night, and it was great! I guess I should be the change I want to see.

  • It's been working fine with my GTX 1060. I'll probably get around to trying different distros at some point, but I'm pretty happy with mint. Most of the issues I've had with it have been due to its emphasis on stability; that is, it's slower to incorporate changes than more cutting-edge distros. At least, that's been my impression—I'm no Linuxologist.

  • Throughout the primary, the media counted all the superdelegates as Clinton votes, regardless of their theoretical obligation to vote for whomever won their state's primary. Voters were relentlessly bombarded with the notion that it was impossible for Sanders to obtain the nomination. Yeah, she got more votes, but like, shit wasn't fair, man.

  • It doesn't actually last that long. Multiple times, I've seen the check passed, swiveled the camera around like mad whilst holding down Alt, and not been able to figure out what the check was for.

  • Yeah, and if you didn't see the failures, you wouldn't be tempted to save scum. I can see why they'd leave the notifications in by default; there's potentially a ton of content locked behind these kinds of checks. But I'd appreciate the option to turn them off.

  • Guess I'm lucky that I haven't encountered any of these issues (except that super glaring "Characters turning toward you before dialogue mode starts" problem. Thank heavens that's fixed!) Slightly bummed that I don't see a fix for the issue of not being able to see what a perception check revealed. Just make the highlight last longer, please! Super frustrating to pass the check and not be able to see wtf it was for.

  • Even if only 1% of cops fall into that category, the percentage of cops that support and enable that behavior is much larger. Police unions routinely defend and endorse bad actors, and reinforce and propagate toxic warrior cop culture. The whole damn tree is infected, and needs serious reform. Unless and until that happens, ACAB is the best rule of thumb.
