Idk, I think some things have a lot of intent in them. Some old cartoons were absolutely made just to sell toys (although I guess that is intent - to sell). I think art can also just exist, and doesn't need a message behind it. It can just be an expression of a vision turned into some sort of physical manifestation. I will argue that a lot of people are influenced heavily by the need for $$$ (rightfully so). Likewise, I think a lot of media is manipulative and can have a sort of vapid feeling regardless of if AI is involved or not. Maybe you just need to find some new things to fall in love with? Maybe you just wanna hang with your older stuff. It's all good, just saying that it's not as hopeless as it feels even if a lot of media is an absolute dumpster fire. To be honest, it kinda has been for a while (I can't say always, but for sure I remember some absolute shit coming outta the 70s).

On Dr. Katz his son makes fun of him for having a cellphone and thinking he'd need one when he was out and about.

All things in moderation, if that's what floats your boat. I just know it can be some kinda D=!

I cheated on this one because I scrolled down. It was funny because I don't think I watched this one too much but I did catch my gal watching it recently (she never watched The Simpsons, so she went through a whole thing where she watched all of them when we had a Disney trial.) Something I hadn't noticed about this episode as a kid was "big egg!" It also shows how rough an unpopular decision can be =P!

p.s. - I think the best joke in the whole episode is the rock of triumph or whatever it's called. Exuberance, something like that.

It's good to know this thirty year old game will be ten in a couple of months. I love it, but I absolutely have never beat it because I cannot get past the fkin dummy! I have tried three times, three separate times. I gave up and just figure I can acknowledge a game is good, while being absolutely unable to beat it.

I have absolutely no idea how you did it! My hands gave out. I mean I was literally hurting. I said no game should be physically hurting me if it's not DDR and I am not poorly stomping my way through the rhythm =P! So yeah, I stopped playing. That's when I decided to reach out, because I couldn't imagine I was the only one with this issue. More power to you if you stuck with it. Get that gold for the both of us =)
