Today is the Austrian National Holiday – the day of the flag, which commemorates when the last Soviet soldier left the country in 1955. I used my only remaining Haslinger soap to commemorate, and combined it with a blade produced in Russia.
Have a good evening!

I just tried a smooth (bamboo) breakfast bowl. I'm not sure whether it's the material or the ridges, but I get a thicker lather faster in my Yaqi bowl, FWIW.
I felt some burn during the shave – it might be related to the fact that my nose runs like crazy, and that I have been through 10-ish packets of paper towels.
The combination between AA and Aqua Velva did not raise any suspicion – either my nose has turned itself off, or Aqua Velva is good with anything.
Have a nice evening!

I'm hesitant: the scales are in excellent shape, and I've never unpeened anything. The rivets are very loose though. And I hoped that I could get away with only removing 1 rivet..-
I got a Puma 100 last week from the bay. The images were 👀 - flattering, and I was surprized about the state, but the price was low. I have heavy staining on the blade, and I might need to unpeen it. Manual polishing didn't get me very far, but the integrity of the blade looks ok, as far as I can tell. Affaire à suivre!
