How do you feel about rural roads? Should we not build them unless we can make them profitable?

Please don't meet with this person. From this letter alone I assume he doesn't understand traffic or is, possibly, lying... Which is very unlikely, I am sure.

One thing I do beg you to add: 3-2-1 voting and STAR voting. We really need to stop using plurality voting for things.
