The how is your anecdote even relevant? By your own admission there are no ads.
Ok, but you also didn't mention ads.
There are a surprising number of conservatives for who the entire message of the show has just gone over their heads.
They tried that during the pandemic and didn't like it.
With the Advent of reserved seating I don't get why this is an issue anymore. Buy the seat you want, let the companies buying ads subsidize your ticket price, and show up after they've played. There's no reason anymore to be stuck in your seat for 20 minutes before show time.
In many conservative run states areas where Democrats are most concentrated have very few places to vote so lines are long. And they even pass laws making it illegal to bring people waiting in the lines food or water.
It's a deliberate tactic to disenfranchise voters.
Agreed
Finish the books and I'll watch it.
Saving the post now for an update. The results will probably take a while, the local stuff always does.

We got RCV on the ballot in my village this year. Starting there.
Nobody gets that much wealth without Psychopathy.
The US is at will, nobody gives 2 weeks for termination unless maybe it's a layoff. If a company has grounds to fire you they just fire you. Most will be smart enough to disable accounts before you're even out the door.
Murder. Firing a gun in a crowd is not manslaughter because you don't see exactly who you are killing. You know it's going to kill someone and that's the goal so it's murder.
The US is a shit hole and PR has no support from the mainland while also having to be an island in hurricane Alley. It's not worth it. Worth the hassle to move some place with better labor protections and healthcare. Puerto Rico is beautiful but it's all the worst parts of the US with very little benefit.
Indeed, it is. Promising something in exchange for a vote. Also if it required proof that would make it illegal.
Sorry I put a couple updates in there as well.
They're already out there. Just don't get as much news as Voyager. Unfortunately I don't think any will be capable of lasting as long since we stopped using the radio isotope generators. New horizons is currently in the Kupier belt. It's the 5th such probe to reach escape velocity from our solar system. Pioneer 10 and 11 were the other non-voyager probes.
Edit: I was incorrect, new horizons does use an RTG for power. But right now its mission is slated to end in 2029. I wonder if it will be kept alive like the Voyager probes.
Edit 2: yeah, the RTG is slated to run out of power to run the transmitters in the 2030s. It was originally designed to be more powerful but the DOE delayed delivery of the plutonium 238 required.
Both are by design. The ice cream machine actually just got a DMCA exception so the company that makes it no longer can dictate who repairs it.

Before the pandemic there were a few homeassistant/smart home YouTubers on the floor of CES every day putting videos out about the new devices they saw throughout the day. I haven't seen any of them doing that since the pandemic.
Anyone know of one that is still doing that or the best place to get summaries of new devices from CES with a smart home focus?
