I use an app called QR alarm or something. It only turns off when I scan its QR code which I've pinned to the other side of the room. Having to get up and actually think about scanning something helps me more than when I just used an alarm clock across the room

Morally should he drop out? Yes

Politically should he drop out? Honestly, not sure. I genuinely believe that him being found guilty will not negatively affect his supporters. Somehow I reckon it might even get him more if he can spin it right - talk about it being some sort of conspiracy directly from Biden to suppress right wing voters or some shit. He's such an effective figurehead that I don't think other republican candidates could compete with his pull.

Is there not a lot of conflicting evidence for, not keto specifically, but the role of fats and saturated fats (I believe the most concerning aspects of keto) in health? I did a bit of research before going on it and I think came to the conclusion it wasn't really backed as healthy nor unhealthy but couldn't be worse than eating garbage instead.

I'll be sure to check out the vegetarian / vegan keto subreddits though! Might find some nice meals ideas.

Do you know if it's reasonable / practicable to be vegeterian while doing keto? I've enjoyed how it makes me feel but the carb limit is difficult to meet without meat.
