Some singles – especially younger ones – are increasingly clamoring for AI dating tools.

Okay, ai matchmaking might work sorta okay. Especially if they do a deep background check and scrub their social media.

But pick up lines? Oh yes. Make me some popcorn…. This is gonna be fun to watch…

As someone who struggles with interpersonal interactions thanks to the 'Tism, These AI have (anecdotally) proven more personable to the general than I am. It's also been more capable at expressing my thoughts properly than I.

So I will munch on my bugles and command AI to make me sound like a reasonable human to the person on the other side of the screen. There is no flaw in this plan until I have to actually go on a date.
