Other than the double negative on that one question, I don't really see what makes this survey "crappy"? Pretty standard stuff.

4They had a freeform for why we're satisfied, but nothing about why we're dissatisfied. A bit disappointing.
2That field is adjusted based on your response on the first page. If you responded to "How satisfied are you with Firefox?" with "Dissatisfied", the freeform asks why you are dissatisfied.
But glad you're satisfied! 😄

These are too general and subjective questions and I think deeper surveys are needed.
1Why is it 19 and up to participate? I usually see 18 and up.
