When you realize religious minorities had more rights under a dictator. Democracy is not working out for Iraq.
And no, Iraq does not need another regime change. Iraqis will sort it out one way or another, it is their own business. Just an interesting outcome from the supposed US's mission to spread freedom and democracy in Iraq.
