This was one of the final contesters for a logo for an app I've made. It's really cool being able to create a logo yourself even if you lack the necessary graphical skills.
I'm interested in how this is going to affect the graphics design industry. They already have to deal with people trying to get them to do stuff for free and it looks like now AI can do just that remarkably well!

... Until the graphics design industry is wiped out and the owners of AI can just charge the same as before but all the money funnels to some rich guy instead of multiple people trying to earn a living.
I guess in that scenario we'll just all become more socialist, tax the rich more, and fund people trying to live their lives, right? Right?
4Well, from experience: we needed a new logo, so we made multiple versions using AI. Then we sent them to a designer and told them which parts we liked and didn't like, so the designer had some guidelines.
3Seems like a good in-between! I like the idea of co-operative AI (As an assistant)

Uh you do know many of us run these AI locally on our machines right?
Also the most popular model is open source.
2I didn't know the most popular model is open source! I'm relatively novice in AI. It's something I want to put time into but struggle to find time for in between other things in my life right now.
Do you have some good links on how this works from an open license point of view and who owns what? I'm especially interested in who owns a trained model.
