I dunno, it looks less like implants and more like a light source shining up from beneath. That said, any light source strong enough to shine through that much tit is gonna get hot as fuck. Burn hazard likely.
It's a lot clearer in the vids that it's glowing from within.
As I recall, it was fiberoptics. So the heat source is far away from the boobflesh.
