Means-testing any program is more expensive than not means-testing it. Change my mind.
14And we already have a mechanism to claw back benefits from those that truly shouldn't have them: taxes. Taylor Swift wants food stamps? Cool. Hook her up and then tax that back at the end of the year. It's fairly simple.
