Pyramid Head is a conventionally attractive man with a bag over his head. Absolute bottom tier of the monster-fucker scale.
- Psikologically though....
  
  Psychologically, he's still several steps below Mads Mikkelson as Hannibal Lecter on the monster fucker scale.
- The pyramid stays on in the bedroom!
- Box over his head.

I mean, if you only look at visuals, Pyramid Head is just a dude in a costume. Pretty tame by “hear me out” standards.
- A jacked dude in a costume, too. Definitely not the weirdest hear me out I've ever seen. I saw a lesbian list the other day that was legitimately terrifying.

- Its like a guy saying he'd go for Sadako from The Ring, or big dommy mommy Demitrescu (sp?).
