4We're also getting news (from videos from CNN) that Hamas was shooting at armed security at the rave and that people got caught in the crossfire. Seems they didn't adopt proper fire discipline rules when firing on hostiles in the presence of civilians, but they're not exactly a highly-trained professional army with pinpoint accurate munitions. Hamas also lacks proper combat training for how to deal with adrenal stress and adrenal dump after all clear hostiles have been eliminated.

Also, the video with Shani Louk in the back of a truck, with Hamas and Palestinian terrorists parading besides her mangled body doesn't really support your theory that they simply got caught "in crossfire". Edit: for anyone looking for proof, look at the recent videos getting shown on CNN. There are clearly armoured vehicles in the background that are present during the fighting and those armoured vehicles clearly feature the classic ball and chain anti-RPG defenses present on the Merkava turret. I don't know about you, but festival security in my country don't get a tank.
