Breaking up because it was intercepted... So it was both sides' fault and civilians pay the price while each side blames the other. It's like a synecdoche of the entire conflict.
That seems like an awfully fast response for a missile defense system, and the IDF is defending airspace areas over Gaza too? This looks very much like a misfiring missile to me.
This seems to ignore an IDF official that initially claimed credit as well as Israeli calls to evacuate the area. I feel like if they are going to implicate a Hamas rocket, those claims should be addressed.
There's apparently video of the rocket according to the article so unless you are claiming it's faked what does it matter what anyone previously claimed? There's been a bunch of claims made by all sorts of people, what should matter is actual evidence.

But the larger point is, don’t publish an article saying “here is all the evidence” then not publish the evidence the other side is pointing to, not even to disprove it.
