Axis and Allies 2025: pro or against Ukraine independence

I'm not sure "blue", "red", "green", or "white" are strictly speaking stances.
- Pro Ukraine, against, neutral, don't know
What does the key mean?
- It shows you which countries are blue, green, red or white towards Ukraine!
  
  But what does that mean?
What is the source?
- the source code is available in my comment, the source of countries preference comes from what I read and hear, nobody had the courage to draw something similar before
  
  "what I read and hear" sounds very subjective..
Define Green
- Neutral
- the SVG colors mapping is a bit screwed, sorry :)
